All of these things can be very difficult. Some individuals need help coping with the anxiety of life’s stresses. Many young adults struggle with depression and anxiety due to life events and rapidly changing circumstances. The way in which they cope with depression and anxiety may not be healthy, and that is where young adult counseling can greatly help the individual. We can help the individual cope with life’s stressors. Rather large life decisions need to be made during the young adult years and we can help offer them support in making those decisions.

This is also a common time for past hurts to bubble back up. Many times during our young adult years a lot of healing needs to be done due to something that had happened in our past. We can’t always work through our pain alone. Counseling is a great place to bring your pain. Healing and growth can be found during therapy. Here at New Hope, we offer a safe place to bring your hurt and pain. Life is difficult, especially these young adult years. You do not have to go through life alone. We are here to help you navigate through this new chapter of your life.
