Grief is something that a lot, if not most of us have experienced. Everyone has grieved at one time or another. Some grief runs deep and it is extremely painful. Other grief is painful but only lasts for a short time. No one grieves the same way. We are all different therefore we are going to react to grief differently.
Children, teens and adults all grieve. Grief is a way that we process pain. Sometimes grief is so painful we don’t know how to express it. There is not a right or wrong way to grieve. Sometimes during our time of grief we need help. Sometimes we need some extra support. At times it may be difficult for children to
grieve, it may even be more difficult for the parent or guardian to watch their child grieve. Here at New Hope we can help you in whatever ways you may need during your time of grief. We recognize that grief is a painful emotion. We want to help you go through the process in a way that is best for you.
